Why Go SMPL?

Are you trying to decide whether SMPL is the right long-term solution for your business(es)? We've noticed quite a few "copycat" CRMs that have recently launched, and we'd like to inform (or remind!) you of what SMPL is NOT:

• Vibe-Coded: Don't get us wrong, we love AI. We use it daily to assist with our work, and have it integrated in SMPL System. However, we are REAL programmers who do not sit back and let AI write our code for us. On the contrary, we are always actively making updates and improvements to the system. We don't outsource to anyone - humans or AI!
• Using YOU to BETA Test: You may be tempted to sign up with a start-up because they are offering you a free or very-low cost system to "try out". And that's fine if you decide it's right for you, right now. However, realize you are taking a gamble on a system that is in beta-testing or has just been released: you might encounter major bugs, missing features, slow or non-human support, for example. Of course, nobody can guarantee a bug or glitch-free system that is perfect absolutely 100% of the time, but at SMPL we have established a track-record for many years now of quickly resolving issues our clients bring to us.
• Here Today, Gone Tomorrow: Although you might not have heard of SMPL until now, our co-founders have been building and maintaining CRMs for two decades. Only within the last 5 years did we start truly advertising SMPL Events. We have many long-time, satisfied clients and are part of an active community of DJs who thrive on innovation and collaboration. And we'd love to add you to our community!
• The Dinosaur in the Room: While we might not be youngsters anymore, we certainly aren't an ancient CRM that is having trouble keeping up with the times, sometimes managing to duct-tape "new features". If you've ever browsed our website or spoken to our founders, this should be obvious, but for those of you new to SMPL - just know that we're never really "DONE". We listen to your feedback and deliver updates, new tools and integrations at a very fast pace.
